Payments can be done via various methods that we offer.
1. ONLINE PAYMENTS :
After you CHECKOUT , Select Paytm (Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) for Online Payments.
We accept all type of Online Payments .
For Outside Mumbai , Thane , Navi Mumbai cities : Only Online Payment currently Accepted. You can talk to Customer care if you have any doubts we are happy to help you.
Offline Order Payment : You Can Place Order Offline but need to pay online once we confirm your Order . This Option is kept to gain Trust with our first time customers who might have doubts as there are many Online Fake Sites.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) :
COD available above Rs 2500 order value only.
If you wish to pay online during delivery via GPay, Paytm etc. Please let our customer team know they will share the payment link to do the same.
# REFUNDS PROCESSING :
1. REFUND COUPON :
In case of Paid order, if certain items are not available then we give Refund Coupon to redeem for Next Purchase.
Customer will be given discount coupon for their next purchase of the exact refund amount which is approved. This is processed and given to customer on the same day of processing the refund.
2. REFUND PAYMENT TO ACCOUNT:
In case the customer wants Money refund only to their account, then refund will be received to customer within 2 to 5 Working Days. We will process the refund request on the same day the refund is approved. The Banking transaction of return will take rest of the time.
