Return, Replacement & Cancellation


#RETURN , REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours from placing the order by the customer. Post 2 hours orders placed cannot be cancelled in any way. Cancellation can be done by calling customer care @ +919163411489 and only after written confirmation via email by our customer team the order will be considered cancelled. Payment will be returned as per Refund Policy.

In the event of an item on your Order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the Order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the Part Order or full Order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

RETURNS ( SEE RETURN WINDOW TIME BELOW)

Products are returnable within the applicable return time frame (See below with Return Replacement Window time list) under the following conditions only:

The item received was in a condition that is physically damaged
Has missing parts or accessories
Defective
Different from their description on the product detail page in our platform
Note : To qualify for Return / Replacement , The issue has to be raised within return replacement time window via WhatsApp with Photos & Description and our Customer care will call for verification. Once our team confirms your return issue it will be processed without any issues to our customer completely transparent and hassle-free.

Return will be considered & passed only if:

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
There was no Foul play done on the supplied product.
Products may not be qualified for return in some cases like of buyer's remorse (Misunderstanding or lack of knowledge or buyer’s perspective of thinking or likings or wishes) such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Non-Returnable Category Products cannot be returned or replaced. Product has to completely unused & Unconsumed at all.

Returned Product will be entitled to Refund as per Refund Policy.

Before the return is determined and confirmed, we will contact you to determine the damage or defect in the product before issuing refund/replacement.

REPLACEMENT ( SEE RETURN WINDOW TIME BELOW)

Only after Successful return, replacement will be taking place.

Replaced product delivery will be confirmed by our customer team via WhatsApp or via Call.

In condition where exactly similar product in not available our customer care team will suggest alternative product. If it is acceptable to Customer, it will be delivered Next day. In case alternative product is not acceptable to customer then refund / cancellation will be processed as per cancellation or refund policy.

If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.

Non-Returnable Category Products cannot be returned or replaced unless it is damaged during delivery. The same has to be reported during delivery itself.

Free replacement is under following condition:

The item received was in a condition that is physically damaged
Has missing parts or accessories
Defective or expired
Different from their description on the product detail page of our Platform

Other Cancellation Terms :


We reserve the sole right to cancel your Order in the following circumstances as follows:

a. In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us

b. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the Order booking

c. Failure to deliver your Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery

d. Unavailability of all the items Ordered by you at the time of booking the Order

e. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the Order

f. In case the delivery person is not allowed to deliver the goods.
